Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is what our company thrives on. If for any reason you want to return your purchase please make sure it is unopened and done so within 7 days. You will get a full refund on your giftset excluding the price of shipping. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Giftset Alterations:
All sets are made uniquely as the description does list items that may be in the giftset. Items may vary. Customers may alsomake alterations and substitutions however prices are subject to change but will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Shipping:
All shipping fees are paid by the customer unless using a VIC discount in which case we will wave the shipping and handling fees. We drop all shippments to the postal service within 2-5 business days of order being placed. We ship all shippments priority mail using USPS.
Privacy Policy:
We are dedicated to our customers and their privacy. We do not rent or sell your personal information to anyone including third parties. This includes credit card info., address, name, or email.
